AN AUTHENTIC RURAL HOUSE IN THE HEART OF ALT EMPORDÀ

 

 

Can Llobet is a traditional catalan rural house located in the center of the town of Capmany, in the Alt Empordà, a few kilometers from the Costa Brava. Carefully restored in 2005 retaining all the charm and character of the old manor house with all the comforts of today.

 

The facilities include an outdoor saltwater swimming pool, a large garden with barbecue and children's play area as well as a covered jacuzzi, also of saltwater.

 

Can Llobet is the ideal accommodation to spend a few days of rest and disconnection, either with family or friends. It is the perfect starting point to discover the privileged territory of the Empordà!

 

 

 

 

FACILITIES AND COMMON SPACES

 

On the ground floor of the house, there are the shared use areas with large and welcoming spaces, rustic and modern at the same time.

 

The facilities have a spacious living room, with Catalan vaulted ceilings and stone walls. It has a TV area, stereo, billiards and an indoor heated pool with a saltwater jacuzzi.

 

At the back of the room there is access to a large fenced garden with a barbecue area; fenced outdoor swimming pool, also with salt water, ping-pong table and recreational area for children.

ENTIRE RENT OR BY APARTMENTS

 

Can Llobet is made up of four independent accommodations and community areas. The house can be rented by apartments (Albera and Requesens, 5 places; Canigó and Salines, 6 places) or the whole house can be rented, forming a total of 22 places.

 

In case of rental by apartments, the common areas must be shared with the other apartments and therefore, the rules of use set by Can Llobet must be followed.

 

TO BOOK THE ENTIRE HOUSE (ALBERA, CANIGÓ, REQUESENS AND SALINES) A DEPOSIT OF 500€ IS REQUESTED, WHICH WILL BE RETURNED WHEN THE RESERVATION IS COMPLETED.

 

 

 

 

 

 

OTHER FEATURES

 

Pets are welcome (additional cost of 20€ / pet / stay). A maximum of 2 pets are allowed in the entire property

Possibility of providing a cot and high chair (upon request and prior reservation)

Private and free parking 2 minutes walk from the house

Free Wi-Fi and stereo (the house is not rented for parties)
